Art, History, and Horses

Visitors and residents alike have a wonderful list of "things to do" in Kershaw County this week. The Fine Arts Center will hold their Opening Reception for the Camden Art Honors Show on Tuesday, May 17 from 5:30 until 7:00. The show will run until June 17th. The SC Equine Park will hosts the SC Hunter Jumper Association's Carolina Starz on Saturday the 21st and Sunday the 22nd.  This Sunday, Aberdeen Polo 2016 will take place on Camden's historic polo field where two regional polo teams will compete for the Aberdeen Cup.  Finally, the Dick Goodwin Big Band and the Columbia Choral Society will present Jasmine & Jazz  at Wood Auditorium of the Fine Arts Center.

Round out the week with a tour of Historic Camden, a visit to the Archives & Museum, or laze the day away at one of our local parks.  So much to see and do in Camden - Kershaw County!
