A Boykin Spaniel Invasion!

This weekend the Boykin Spaniel Society is holding their 2016 Spring National Field Trials in Camden, Boykin, and Rembert. Events began Thursday, April 7 and will continue through Sunday, April 10. City (Rhame) Arena is the registration center for the weekend and has several vendors selling Boykin and dog-related equipment and other items. On Saturday, the Julia Horner Hot Dog Retrieve and the Awards Ceremony will be at the Arena. Swift Creek Kennel in Rembert is hosting the Children's Handling Event and a Natural Ability Testing on Friday and Saturday. Boykin is the scene of a Duck Dog Shootout on Friday and Saturday, the Speed Dog event on Saturday, and the Upland Roustabout and the Upland Roustabout Doubles will take place there on Sunday.
