Total Eclipse Weekend in Kershaw County

We are getting ready for the eclipse!

By now, you have heard all about the great events taking place around the country and the state to view the upcoming total solar eclipse which will be taking place on September 21.   But did you know that you don't have to travel outside Kershaw County for a great viewing experience?  Old McCaskell's Farm is hosting a viewing party from 11:00 to 4:00 in Rembert.  Boykin is also in the path of totality and the Grill will be open for business!  The Kershaw County Library is hosting a Solar Eclipse Party in Elgin at Potter Community Park from 1:30 - 3:30.
