A VERY Busy Sunday
September 28, 2016
This Sunday, October 2, is going to be filled with activities in downtown Camden.
Columbia Children's Theatre is presenting "Duck for President" at the Fine Arts Center.
Historic Camden is holding an "Afternoon Tea in the Garden with Mrs. Kershaw" at the Kershaw-Cornwallis House. This living history event features tasty food and "the pleasure of Mrs. Sarah Kershaw's company!" Sarah Mathis Kershaw was the wife of Joseph Kershaw for whom our county was named.
For those who prefer dining with their best friends, the Thiel-Meyer Animal Shelter is holding Dogtoberfest at the park on the corner of Broad and Rutledge. You and your friends (two legged and four) will enjoy food, drink, and the music of Fair Jam! All proceeds benefit the animal shelter. Check out their Facebook page for more information.
